RC Plastic Precision Cast Metallic Mold

Using our unique ceramic mold precision casting method, we mainly manufacture cavities and cores for plastic injection molding dies, blow molding dies, compression dies, and rubber molding dies. We are confident that it is the most suitable manufacturing method for products with particularly complicated shapes, irregular parting, and undercuts.

It is unaffected by the material of the master after use, and it can be inverted. 
Has good transferability, and has easy transfer results even when used with wood grain and leather patterns

RC Plastic Pressure Cast Metallic Mold

We have researched and improved the pressure casting method using our unique technology and know-how for many years, and developed a more advanced special casting method. We are confident that it will be used mainly as a mold for plastic injection molding, and will be useful to a wide range of users for rationalizing mold manufacturing, improving quality, and shortening the molding cycle.
